Celebrate Your Power This Women’s History Month

 

Throughout the ages, women have had to summon incredible strength and fortitude to overcome obstacles and blaze new trails. From the suffragists who fought for our right to vote to the trailblazing pioneers in fields like science, politics, arts and business, women have proven time and again that we are unstoppable forces.

 

This Women’s History Month, let’s tap into that ancestral warrior spirit and harness that power to become the heroes in our own lives. The truth is, every woman on this planet has the ability to manifest the reality they choose to experience. It is through daily personal work of self-care that leads to self-growth and grants us the ability to make daily decisions that align us with our highest visions, dreams, and goals.

 

For most women, this transformation begins when we change negative conversations we have with ourselves all day, every day. How many times have you looked in the mirror and criticized your body or beaten yourself up over a mistake? Those types of thoughts drain our life force and keep us stuck in patterns of self-abuse.

To become true warriors, we must first commit to developing a nurturing, loving relationship with ourselves.
